This patient complained of drooping breasts with loss of breast volume. She underwent a vertical mastopexy (breast lift) along with breast augmentation using 450 CC round, moderate profile silicone implants. Note the improvement in shape and uplifted appearance of her breasts. She is seen 9 months after surgery.
