This patient developed sagging of her breasts after gastric bypass surgery. She underwent an anchor type mastopexy (breast lift) along with breast augmentation using 550 CC round, high profile silicone implants. In addition, she also had a tummy tuck procedure Note the improvement in shape and uplifted appearance of her breasts. She is seen 5 months after surgery.
