This patient previously had breast augmentation with saline implants. Her biggest concern was the large space between her breasts and lack of cleavage. She underwent removal and replacement of her implants with silicone implants, open capsulotomy to correct the implant pocket and narrow the space between her breasts. She is seen 3 months after surgery.
