This patient previously underwent breast augmentation several years earlier with saline implants. She developed severe bottoming out and lateral displacement of her implants. She often felt that they were falling into her axillae (arm pit). She underwent implant exchange with silicone implants and repositioning by internal tightening of the pocket. She is seen here several months after her breast surgery revision. Note the increased fullness and cleavage she has gained.
