This patient previously underwent breast augmentation 1 year earlier. She developed severe bottoming out of her implants, with upwardly pointing nipples. She desired more fullness in the upper aspect of her chest. She underwent implant repositioning and internal tightening of the implant pocket. Post operatively, she has increased fullness and proper centering of the implant behind the nipple complex.
